Please read these Terms and Conditions before booking any appointment. By reading these terms and conditions you agree to all process of each service and procedures before, during, and after the service provided.

IMPORTANT:

I take my job and clients as serious and professional as possible. We strive to provide safe and proper services at all times. This includes following the text directions that are sent out the day before your appointments. It is also important to follow those same rules and regulations the day of your appointment as well as future appointments.

Services are done with consultations after you have signed and read the client forms provided to you once you’ve walked into the studio. Please be mindful that my studio is in my home and the respect and safety of your entrance is highly expected. Treat my home as if it was yours, as well as my studio. I am very clean and tidy so I expect the same personal cleanliness from you the client. Do not bring any guests as stated in my large text I send out the day before your appointment, space is limited and distractions are not allowed. If you or know anyone you have been around that has been sick please do not make any appointments or cancel your appointment if you are, you can reschedule when you feel better. Do not be inconsiderate. We encourage clients bring masks to your appointments and remove your shoes by the entrance by the shoe rack. 

Booking Policy: When booking for Lash Extensions, please arrive with no eye makeup. Please read each service listed and understand which service you are booking for. A 20% pre deposit is made when you make your appointments the difference will be paid in cash the day of your service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver form before choosing any of the following services, such as eyelash extensions. ***In case of emergency where you forgot cash I do accept cash app, venmo, zelle, quick pay, apple pay, etc. but do be considerate to remember to bring cash only!

Cancellation Policy: A 20% fee will be charged for any 15 minute late appointments, no shows, or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment no exceptions. These policies are also included and found on my Booksy app.

Arrival: Come with clean brushed lashes, no makeup or creams around the eyes! You will wait in your vehicle until I send out a confirmation text to come in with minor instructions. Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Do not arrive no later than 10-15 minutes after the appointment time, it will be cancelled and the 20% fee will be charged. If you arrive late for any particular reason remember that what time was set for your appointment will be the only time I have left to do your lashes or any other service.

Venue Healthy and Safety Rules: 

• No walk-ins
• Employees wear masks
• Employees wear disposable gloves when needed for certain services
• Employee temperature checks
• Disinfection of all surfaces in the venue
• Disinfection between clients
• Maintain social distancing
• Barbicide COVID-19 Certified
• Disposable supplies in use
• Place to wash hands available
• Time gap between appointments for sanitation.
